This flavorful and aromatic oil is made by pressing perfectly toasted sesame seeds and is also known as gingelly oil or til oil.  Sesame oil is often used in South Indian, Chinese, Lorean, and Southeast Asian cuisine and is a lovely flavor enhancer to stir-fried vegetables, pan seared meats, spring rolls, and fried rice.  Add a drop or two to any dish where a nutty sesame flavor is desired!
